We love this quick and easy 4-ingredient Creamy Banana Matcha Smoothie! A super delicious zenergy boost!

This creamy smoothie is another amazing way to enjoy it as the temps heat up. We’ve been enjoying these as a mid-day pick-me-up a couple times a week. Banana and matcha are a beautiful pair and this refreshing, energizing, antioxidant-rich smoothie is a perfect summer drink. The best part? It takes less than 5 minutes and only 4-ingredients to make!

CREAMY BANANA MATCHA SMOOTHIE RECIPE
We love this quick and easy 4-ingredient Creamy Banana Matcha Smoothie! A super delicious zenergy boost!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe banana (frozen if possible)
  • 3/4 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tsp. Encha Organic Matcha (latte-grade)
  • 2 tsp. pure maple syrup
  • 2-3 ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

NOTES
The more brown spots on the banana, the sweeter it’ll be.
Variations: add vanilla extract, more/less sweetener, or a spinach/kale boost!
